Porsche 911 GT3 RS

A true racing bred Porsche designed for track days and beyond. The GT3 RS is (in my mind) one of the very best Porsche's ever made. The lines are perfect, the performance is perfect, and the sound is fantastic. I saw one of these recently on the local Freeway, it was extremely striking to see in person. Not to mention there were only a handful of these street versions ever made. The rest are all being used to win championships in ALMS, 24 Hours of Le Mans, Daytona 24, Nurburgring 24, and many more.

If you're looking for the ultimate track day toy, this is not it. But if you want a car you can drive to the track, challenge everyone there, then drive it back home, this is the car for you.Of course it's not perfect in that sense either. The interior is stripped to save weight, and the roll cage isn't exactly "pretty." But that's not what this car aims to be. The GT3 RS is a street legal track racer. I could see this car being very fun cruising in the hills of Malibu. Or at your local race track for a track day. Either way you drive it, this car is a must have for any hardcore collection.

  1. 60 in 4.2 isn't too bad. Not perfect, but still sweet.
